PAPP-A level low

Hello !!! I’m so worry!!!Please help !!! 😔🥺I received my results from 12 weeks blood test and in the letter they said that my PAPP-A level is in the low side , not mentioning how low is it . I have been search about this and I know the risks … and one of them is possibility of having a small baby …now I am 16 weeks and I barely can see a swelling on the pelvic area . Being my first pregnancy , I expected to see a bigger baby bump at 16 weeks. Could be the PAPP-A level a reason ? is this that normal ??? ( I will see the midwife this Thursday ) Is anyone in this situation who had a natural birth without any issues ? 😰🥺
