Tums ??

Are  tums used to stop vomiting and nausea ? Or they are only for heartburn ? What do you do with nausea

They are for heartburn. But if heartburn is contributing in your nausea, they for sure might help.
For example there are times, when I am not sure if it is a heartburn or I am nauseous, so I take one and wait and see if it helps. Because taking it doesn't hurt even if you don't have heartburn.

If my nausea is due to overeating tums will work. Won’t work during my pregnancy nausea though

No they're for heartburn. Pepto is for diarrhea but isn't advised during pregnancy. Ginger can be used for vomiting.
