How can a pregnant woman sleep?

Which position should a pregnant woman avoid while sleeping?

I'm going to share a useful information on the above questions.

Any wrong position while sleeping can lead to some problem to the baby in the womb and sometimes,it might lead to miscarriage.

A woman who is not pregnant can sleep in any direction or position she wishes and comfortable with, she can sleep on her back, she can sleep on her stomach, she can sleep right sided, left sided.

But, if she is pregnant, then she has to take extra care of the way she is sleeping.

Let's get started.

1. A pregnant woman should never sleep on her back. When you sleep with your back down, the whole weight of the stomach and the uterus falls on the abdomen area and when much pressure falls on this area from which the blood navigate to the heart and that's a big trouble for the pregnant woman

So, it's not advisable to sleep with your back down

2.The second sleeping position you should avoid as a pregnant woman is sleeping on your stomach.

If you're addicted to sleeping with your stomach down, please change it. This position is very very dangerous for your baby in the womb

It could also lead to miscarriage as well

3. The third wrong position is sleeping right sided.

Sleeping right sided is a position which is neither right nor wrong

Intermittently, you can use this position and again, it's not advisable to sleep in this position because the whole weight of the uterus falls on the liver.

This is a less dangerous situation but try to avoid it.

Finally, the best position to sleep as a pregnant woman Is sleeping at the left side

If you're sleeping in the left side, it's a good sleeping position

Because sleeping this way, you're giving baby opportunity to breathe very well, your baby will not feel any discomfort and this is the right and recommended position.

I hope this information will help.
