Is anyone familiar with this company?

Soo my husband is buying a mobile home the owner decided to put the mobile home with ESCROW We are not familiar how that company works this is our first time. Like from what I know now, they are in charge of the paperwork ONLY and to make sure everything is payed off and papers-tittle are good. From what I know we will only be giving the seller the money and not escrow. Can anyone else tell me their experience for that company? I would appreciate it. Again we are new to this just beginners. Is there something else we should be aware of?
