Birth
So I'm only 18 weeks but I just wanted to get some insight....everyone seems so excited to give birth and see their baby and I totally get that. I can't wait to meet my baby! However, I get soooo freaked out about all the hands that are going be up my hoohaa (even the pain of checking dialation) and different things that are possible to have to get the baby out (vacuum, forceps, etc.) plus being completely overly exposed for such a long period of time and catheters...the tearing looks horrendous, the stitching...its just so overwhelming to think about going through all that. How do you guys not really care about it or be nonchalant about it? I'm just scared. Not of the pain...just of the loss of modesty.
