should i change my doctor again ?

That’s second doctor who said that my weight is the reason why i have pcos, irregular cycles …

I have 1,63cm and 86kg. I don’t see myself that overweight, it’s just my belly fat which makes me a bit uncomfortable that’s all. But last doctor told me i should lose weight to be around 60kg and everything will go back to normal if i ever want to get pregnant . i changed to another one and after one

year ttc ( ovulated only 4 times last year ) be told me that i have to lose more than 10% of my body fat and then we will get further analysis or treatment to be sure my pcos is not because of my weight .

It’s not like i’m making excuses not to lose weight, but i don’t feel bad in my body and honestly i’ve tried to intrude a bit more of exercise in my life doing 30 TABATA workout 3-4 times a week despite the effort i do at work and tried to eat healthier ( not to eliminate all my favorite foods ) but so far i didn’t lose weight
