Cramping in Early Pregnancy

Is Vaginal and uterine cramping normal at 4 weeks? I haven’t been spotting at all, but just cramping for about an hour. It has stopped now, and I thought I might be starting my period, but there hasn’t been any spotting. I got a a positive pregnancy test yesterday and two days before.
