Liquid IV seriously increased my supply

I have no idea why, but I noticed that when I take liquid IV packets I have a serioussss supply increase. I wasn’t taking them to actually increase my supply, I just like the taste and always have. But I’m noticing 2-3 letdowns on them, when without them I usually only get 1. My supply has increased so much that I’m actually almost in over supply with them and baby is satisfied after just one boob when without them I was doing both. I don’t take them religiously so I see the effects days I take them and not days I don’t. Just sharing in case anyone else likes flavored water! I’m not sure it’ll work for anyone else but I didn’t expect it to affect my own supply and it definitely has so worth a shot 🤷🏼‍♀️
