gestational sac no fetal pole ??? anyone eles??

so according to my last period jan 30th id be around 5-6 weeks . went to the er last wens day due some heavy bleeding an they told me i was eithere having early miscarry or early pregnancy, shown on the ultrasound there was a gestational sac no fetal pole an told me follow up with my ob it is now a week later doctor says same thing gestational sac an no fetal pole did blood work today to check my hcg levels agin when i was at the er it showed 2-3 weeks on blood work . on Thursday i will have another blood draw for hcg an doctor will compare them to todays blood work. has anyone ever went threw this an had a vibale pregnancy or was it a miscarry i feel like i have no answers im so confused🥺
