mild cramps at 4 weeks

mild cramps at 4 weeks pregnant?

i’m 4 weeks and 3 days and pretty much for the past few days i’ll have mild cramping off and on. nothing ever super painful and no bleeding. just mild cramping, and tummy rumbles as well? also TMI but i’m probably kinda constipated, don’t know if that could play a role in things?

i’m already always worrying that somethings wrong😣😣 i’ve had the (very) mild cramping off and on all day today as well.

is this something of concern or is it completely normal??
