Why didn't yall tell me diapers were so toxic!!!

So after experiencing years of fertility and preparing for a new baby. I had no idea that huggies, pampers, luvs and all conventional brands were toxic. No wonder we as adults have had so many health issues. Dioxins, polypropylene, polyethylene, chlorine, super absorbing polymer, and so much more...

What non toxic diapers have yall used and which were yall favorites?

Apparently naty by nature, bambo, dyper, coterie, abby & finn, andy pandy, broody chick are the good ones and they dont stay in the environment for 500 years supposedly.

Update:

So I chose ecooriginals, coterie, and attitude as they are biodegradable or better for the environment plus excellent for baby's health as they dont contain the nasties that pampers, huggies, and luvs does...

We have used regular diapers with no issues. Just because an ingredient sounds scary does not mean its dangerous.

Im not pushing any misinformation you can easily look up how toxic regular diapers are, the information is out there just unfortunately you just dont care enough to actually read perhaps. But you're still tryna push your misinformation on me and i asked you to stop 🛑 3 times. You dont have any input on non toxic diapers or anything for that matter. Which is the topic here, why dont you do some research about regular diapers. Leave me alone.

Because you are pushing misinformation

They aren't really eating healthy then are they if they've been exposed to cancer causing agents. That's unfortunate you were born early but if you cared enough about your health there are ways to improve your health. Why are you so angry and not offering any advice about non toxic diapers? Stop tryna push your idiotic perspective on me please. I don't care what you do but you're not helpful at all and id like you to leave me alone if you have nothing to offer about non toxic baby products. Health is directly correlated to diet. Why do you think docs give people specific diets to change their health lol. I can blame the harmful chemicals because there are enough studies that say i can.

I cloth diaper our 4th baby and we will do it again with our future babies! I just love that I’m able to wash the diapers in the washer knowing what’s in it! Plus it saved us a lot of money in the long run. We also use cloth wipes too.

Hello Bello, Honest, and Rascal and Friends are our favorites. I didn’t really care for Abby and Finn, and I didn’t like that their wipes contain soy, which is an ingredient we try really hard to avoid for our child. It is crazy how many toxic ingredients are in day to day things, and especially baby stuff! It makes me sad that more people don’t care about it.

If you’re that concerned I think fabric diapers are your best bet.

I am concerned 😟 fabric is great but then i have to find a clean detergent but id like the option of both an eco clean biodegradable diaper with out all the nastiness. I wanted to know from those who have used eco friendly diapers plant based specifically.

I like seventh generation products. Their website explains what the ingredients are used for in the diaper, along with their mission and product description. I always had good luck using seventh gen diapers with both of my girls.

We cloth diapered; but when my second came along, we kind of did part time cloth and at night I used Honest brand diapers which I always liked. It really does suck to find out these things, but at the end of the day so many people have things way closer to home to be concerned about and make those sacrifices unfortunately 😰😰 we try but we can’t be completely perfect when it comes to these things 😔But congrats on your little one!! Good on you to know what is what and doing all that research!

Yup, it’s crazy. We tried cloth diapering our second but due to medical issues we couldn’t continue. I want to try coterie but it’s expensive. Also watch out for all the baby soaps and lotions.

Thanks i was looking at coterie too. I dont mind the price. I was considering making my babies soaps...lotion im still out on that though. I've read olive oil can be used on its own.
