Is your baby saying words with meaning?

Not including babbling or repeating without meaning, but actual first words 🤗

She says mama, dada, chicken (we have hens and she loves them), stick (her first word lol), truck, fan. She understands a lot of things because when I say the word for things like bed, water, milk, brother, etc she looks at those things. She definitely knows the word “no”, but she smiles at me deviously and does it anyway 🤦🏼‍♀️

Honestly, it’s hard to say!  It seems like it sometimes, he knows that bye bye means something is going away or is done but I can’t really tell.  And sometimes he’ll look me square in the eye and say mama but other times he babbles mama to all manner of other things.  So I can’t really say!   He seems to know what he’s saying lol

My girl can say mama, dada, hi and uh oh. When she drops something she’ll say uh oh. She looks at us and says mama and dada but then will use those and hi randomly lol

Not verbally, but he signs for “more”, “milk”, “all done” and mom and dad. He can say mama and dada to.

She calls for me, mama. 
And she calls the bottle baba. 
She loves her dada and will often start saying dada if she seens him.
Other than that she just babbles.
