HELP bad nausea

I’m 7 weeks tomorrow . My 1st appointment isn’t till Monday but I’m suffering over here . I can’t keep anything down like I can’t eat anything because I “throw up” even crackers I can like eat a max of 3 and I just can’t . I’ve tried lower

Ent tea. Those prego pops 😞 I get so hungry but I can’t eat anything .
