No period this month at all ……..

I’ve taken plan b BEFORE OVULATION hoping I wouldn’t get pregnant and took a test yesterday morning, and I don’t have my period at all. we did an ultrasound// they found one cyst on each ovary. but I still don’t have my period and it’s almost the end of MARCH. WHAT DO I DO?:/ my last period was 2/21/22. it’s prob all MESSED UP due to plan b. idk!
