Hey y’all I’m a little anxious

So the dr today said that one of the twins may be missing the nose bone which is means it could have Downs syndrome. Does anyone have ultrasounds of their downs baby or think that they would agree? I can’t remember if it was A or B I thought she said B but I could be miss remembering and it is A. She said she thinks the bone is there and they are t showing other signs of Downs. The spine was fine the heart rates were good. Am I just freaking out or do y’all think there is a chance. Thanks
