Hi all! I did the sneakpeek snap test at home when I was 8W 3D (currently now 11W). I live only with my 7 month old daughter & my (male) fiancé. I went into the bathroom alone (door shut) — Clorox wiped down all countertops, sink, door knobs — washed my hands & Clorox wiped them — wore a tank top — open the sealed box — and followed all steps carefully and cautiously. Once complete, I sealed the sample back in the box and drove it to the post office. My partner never touched the box. I got a BOY result (which I am over the moon about & so is my fiancé). I’m just hoping it wasn’t contaminated. Do you guys think I’m pretty safe thinking it’s a boy and telling people if they ask? Has anyone experienced false boy results with the snap test? I did the lancet with my daughter and got inconclusive results. I don’t do NIPT testing until 3/31, & won’t have results until sometime in April. But I kinda want to tell people 🙃😬
