Welfare

My husband is in jail and we have a son he's 1 and another that will be born this month and we had a bit of money saved (since we spent it on this apartment and some furniture so we were only left with $500) and I don't even have all the things needed for the new baby and I need to get the car out because its currently towed and I need to put my name on it to get it out but meanwhile they are charging per day and plus the lawyer we need and then next months rent. He's going to be in there till January which is his court and after that god knows what's going to happen if he might get deported. Of course I'd get off of welfare once I'm capable to get a job and I have someone to take care of my kids meanwhile I work but idk what I have to do to get it or if I'll be abusing by getting it because there's people that are worse. I am a citizen and so is my son and future son
