Dreams and a gut feeling that something was off

I woke up in a really good mood and felt different. Then later at work my stomach felt weird. Like not really nauseous but like almost like a nervous feeling… I was 8 days post ovulation and had a negative test. Next morning (9dpo) I took a test that was positive!
