Hello everyone

I’m so confused so I went to my first ultrasound yesterday and they couldn’t find a baby or a sac right I’m thinking I was 7 weeks but the nurse told me that I might have ovulated late so now they keeping a Close eye on my HCG levels and they still high I just took a pregnancy test and is saying positive even the one I took yesterday said the same thing so I called the nurse today and she told me that 5 weeks in between 6 weeks can anyone help me because I’m so confused right now. Because I thought around that time you will be able to see something right I’m about to lose my mind
