Support bands/workouts

Two part question here! Does anyone know of a great belly support band that you have used or someone you know has and loved it? There are so many to choose from. This is my third pregnancy and my first two I didn’t wear anything but had some pelvic issues and the diastasis recti after my second baby and so I think I want to wear something this time around to help prevent that.

Also I want to start doing some workouts, with like dumb bells or just body weight, I’m almost 17 weeks and just now starting to feel human again haha after terrible morning sickness and tiredness. Are there specific exercises that would be good to do daily? Also anything to avoid doing being pregnant? I didn’t work out with either of my first two pregnancies, trying to do things a little differently this go around haha.
