Immature eggs / oocytes

Hello!

Has anyone had a similar problem with immature oocytes? If yes, did any protocol change help you?

I did my first IVF cycle with 9 days of stims, 5 good sized follicles, and they retrieved 4 eggs with 0 mature.

I have done lots of reading and found a few ideas for protocols that slow down the stim so it’s closer to 12-14 days, some suggest different trigger or waiting 41 hours instead of 36.

I’m not ready to give up and go to donor eggs.

Would really appreciate ideas, and hopefully success stories.
