Crawling

Do some kids skip crawling? My son HATES tummy time! Ill put him on tunny time put all sorts of toys around and hes just not having it! He hasnt even rolled over yet! But.. he has started trying to sit on his own hell last a couple seconds without any support then falls over and attempts to sit back up by himself.. hes a week away from being 7 months. Is this a thing? Or is my son just learning everything backwards and choosing favorites. Lmk. A very stressed momma over here😂
