They can have pregnancy symptoms the same way someone who’s a hypochondriac can start actually feeling their imagined symptoms, but it got a cutesy term because it’s men experiencing fake symptoms so they’re believed and “legitimized”. They can convince themselves they have symptoms, but I think it’s annoying and attention seeking. I personally don’t find it cute or funny.

Yes they can, it's even got a name. Called couvade or sympathetic pregnancy.

I swear my husband is more pregnant then I am. He is so overly dramatic, has the most nasty cravings, and is tired all the time. 😒🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

I know men who have their own set of symptoms, like anxiety or depression leading up birth (totally valid, his whole life will be changing as well!) 
And there have been studies after baby is born about how a man's body chemistry can change similar to how a woman's changes after birth, especially with skin to skin contact. 
Maybe not symptoms like nausea and breast tenderness though 😋

Yes sympathetic symptoms some men get this way hell there's a lot of women and men who have this situation and feel or "get" symptoms of people around them their brain is weird slightly different some aren't as strong as others with it
