Doctor switched Progesterone MG dosage?

I’m pregnant and was place on Progesterone. Have anyones Doctor ever just up & switched how many MG of Progesterone they take? I was taking two capsules by mouth, every 12 hours. Now they switched it up to One capsule by mouth once a day. Without even notifying me about the dosage change. And it’s the weekend so I can’t call and ask.

I’ve been on progesterone for 7 years. My dosage is different on regular cycles (no pregnancy) & if I become pregnant that cycle then my dosage goes up. But if you are not pregnant, and don’t necessarily need a high dose than they can change it. Now if you got pregnant, they may up it again depending on your progesterone levels.
