I can’t be with my husband anymore

To start off, my husband isn’t the same anymore. He only cares about money and his mom. We have 2 toddlers and a 4 month old baby.

Four years ago we took a leap and got a store. I was with my husband through it all. I was 8 months pregnant and putting up shelves, stacking inventory and moving fridges WHILE sleeping at the store. Where was his mom?

He has the nerves to tell me I was never there. That I never support him but his mom has.

In my heart I honestly didn’t want the store because I felt like it would be a *family* thing. I told him I didn’t want his parents working at the store because they will think they run it.

I was staying home with the kids and baking stuff to sell. That was ‘my job’ so I could be home with the kids and have extra money.

His mom was going behind my back while she had a good job and baking what I baked and told my husband to tell me it wasn’t selling so she can do it instead. In her mind, she’ll do this so she can completely take over… and it worked!

I got tired of *competing* with her. Few months passed she *passed* that job down to her sons girlfriend. And the reason is because her son is maintenance and doesn’t make good money. (?)

Why is my husbands store supporting his brother and mom when it can be supporting his wife and kids? Doesn’t make any sense to me..?

I tell my husband about it and it’s always and argument between us. I never agreed to any of this. He gives me $1,000 a month but it isn’t enough and I like to be independent and work for what I have. I started a ETSY shop and I’m literally struggling and it makes me so mad! I was making $500 a week with baking stuff and it all got token from me and my husband doesn’t see the problem.

Sure enough…. He hired his mom and dad. His dad isn’t that bad but his mom… she bosses him around, she thinks it’s her store… she’s so controlling and manipulative and he doesn’t see it.

She has something against me… she doesn’t want her son to be happy even though he has kids.

He has to be her taxi driver, pay all her bills, furnish a house— what else does she want?

While I’m suffering inside!

My husband is also the problem I lost him to his mom and money! That’s all he talks about! He tells me all the time how his brother is too busy

With his girlfriend and daughter… like what? That’s his family.

He thinks he has to take his mom everywhere with us and it’s annoying. We only go out to eat or to the mall if it’s with her…. Without her? We just stay home.

He recently bought a house (his mom told him to) and I was last to know. I told him he should be consulting me about big decisions not his mom and he said, “you’re just a wife… we’ll be divorce anyways and my mom will never leave me” WHAT!

Anyways, I feel like I have PTSD with this marriage. I feel so disgusting with my self. I don’t feel worthy of anything. He doesn’t know the way he treats me reflects on how I am as a mom and person. I want to be a good mom but I also want to cry all the time. My heart is breaking.
