Stomach issues

I've had stomach issues all my life, cramping and diarrhea after eating. It happens atleast once a day or once every other day. Lately it's gotten worse, pretty severe pain about an hour after eating with diarrhea and I have some pain throughout the day on the areas to the left and right of my belly button. I am hoping to get a colonoscopy to find the root cause but has anyone has this issue and gotten a diagnosis? The persistent pings of stomach pain lately has me worried. Thanks in advance!
