Finally IVF time

Ok so just a little info about my husband and I. We are 33/34, married and ttc for 7 years. I have Endo, PCOS and fibroids. 7 years ago when first going to the fertility clinic hubs sperm count was low. We decided to hold off on fertility and see if things would happen naturally. Well here we are. Last September we went back to our Dr to get back started. Hubs sperm count was up but before starting the process my Dr wanted me to get my bmi down. I am 5' and at the time was 225lbs. He suggested I get my weight down to at least a 40 bmi.

Today we had our return appt and boom 190lbs bmi of 37 and my Dr said it's a go. This appt fell at the perfect time bcz he is starting me on BCPs on day 2 of my cycle which is next week 🙌🏾. I cried when I stepped on the scale and after my Dr told me he was proud of me and that most ppl don't do it. My only response was to cry and say I did! Bcz this is FINALLY happening. I can't wait to keep you all updated and plz give me any advice etc.

Update: I had my hydrosonography today and I still have polyps. My Dr immediately scheduled surgery so in a week I will be have a hysteroscopy to remove those. Then babies!!! We are praying for twins 🙏🏾
