Anyone else getting pains from their hip to their butt cheek down their leg?! Almost puts me to the ground 😢 I’m 29 weeks and a few days. What do y’all do for help because nothing is helping!

Alternate heat and ice, and going to a chiro helped me!

My pelvic PT sessions have helped me so much with this! Chiro was a no go for me.

There are some stretches you can do specifically for sciatica in pregnancy. Should be able to google them. Helped me some, but never really got rid of the problem until my weight shifted.

I had a mild one from early pregnancy only when I watch too much. The pain did increase as my pregnancy progressed. But lately I feel it’s less and it was wAy before.
