Potty training

For those that have potty trained your girls, I need some help. We are trying to potty train our daughter, mostly because she has been fighting me every time I try to put a diaper on, especially in the morning. She has been using the potty at least once a day around bath time for a long time, she started sporadically around her 1st birthday and has gotten more consistent with it as time went on, even realizing if she had to go mid bath and asking to get out to pee. She would occasionally go during the day if I asked if she wanted to, but didn’t force it if she said no. Recently she started pooping on the potty during bath time too, several times in one week just over a week ago. So since last Thursday we have been kind of following the oh crap method, and I have had her in just a dress with nothing underneath but she is still not realizing she needs to go until she starts to go, then stops and tells me she has to go and we go to the bathroom. She has had free access to the bathroom this whole time and I have been encouraging her to go if I see her fidgeting or holding herself, and she was trying if I told her to but now we are on day 6 and she’s not trying to go if I tell her, refusing to sit and throwing a tantrum if i bring her to the bathroom then a few minutes later having an accident. Is she just not ready? Am I expecting her to move through the stages too quickly? On Saturday she had been doing great with no accidents so we tried underwear under the dress and she started having accidents again, so we stopped the underwear and she has been giving us a harder time about trying since.
