Christian man: opinion on sex toys. What does he mean by this?

Long story short, I like this Christian guy from work. Well he is a very very opinionated person, he says how he feels about everything type of guy. I have nothing against him, but the way he comes off as, makes me feel dumb about certain things I like that he doesn’t like. I feel judged by him because he’s Christian and not that he judges but he’s very different on his beliefs and what not. He’s a very straight forward and upfront guy. He wants a Christian girl, with good morals and such and if not he said it’s a no go. I’m not Christian but he has flirted and gave me compliments. Idk if it’s even worth mentioning to tell him I like him. 
Anyways, I brought up something about sex toys and he said it’s degenerating and gross. I said how so and this is what he said. 
Idk what to even reply back cause we both don’t agree on a lot of things

This man has clearly stated he only wants to be with a Christian woman.. so obviously you two are not a match. You're just wasting your time. You already said he makes you feel judged and stupid.. why would you want to be with a guy that makes you feel that way?? You can't fit a puzzle piece in a place it doesn't belong.
A lot of strict Christians believe masturbation or anything related to it, is a sin which is why he said that. It isn't going to make sense to you because you're not a Christian. Please spare yourself before you start compromising on your own beliefs to make him happy.

He doesn't believe it is okay to mastrabate. That's not a uncommon belief among certain groups of the christian persuasion. It sounds like you guys are not compatible. My husband and I hold the belief of no sexual gratification apart from our spouse. So while toys are allowed they are only allowed when used together. It's just something we both agreed on. Rules are fine as long as both parties agree and neither one is pressured  into it.
