Toddler sick, due on Sunday

Totally just venting…

My poor 3 year old woke up in the night sweating, mild fever, slight cough.

She is home with me today and I am due so soon. We had planned for her to stay with different families while we are at the hospital (we live overseas away from all family). We obviously can’t send her now if she is sick and could infect others, so I am a bit nervous.

One of my colleagues has stepped up and said don’t even worry, he isn’t bothered by a snotty nose lol which is so kind, but still. To throw him into the role of taking on a sick kid, I feel awful.

So now I’m stopping everything I was doing to help this baby along and hope she can hang out a little longer until baby sister is well again.

Oh the joys! Lol 😂
