Is this mold?

It’s all over the house. It’s my aunts 1939s home that no one has lived in for years. No air or heat has ran through it for years either. I was  thinking about buying it but not if this is mold!!!

I personally would not bother purchasing a home that’s been uninhabited for that long with no heat. Despite the mold problem, do you live somewhere that I needed to be winterized? We let me paps house sit for 3 months while he was in the hospital and we were already finding mold in the carpets.

Yes. It all needs to be REMOVED! The water leak needs to be fixed and any humidity, venting, air flow issues need fixing also. 
Mold cleaner, bleach and paint are not a solution. They do not do what you think. Mold can make you very ill.
