Hypothyroid during pregnancy

This is my 3 rd pregnancy, I’ve never had thyroid problems before, ever since 3 weeks, I’ve been experiencing many symptoms, Hair loss, nail changes, tiredness, im now 6 weeks. I’m almost positive Im have hypothyroid brought on by this pregnancy. My OB has been a nightmare and not taking any of my concerns seriously, she won’t give me a blood test till 9 weeks. I have just found a different OB that understands my concerns and is sending me for blood work asap. Could baby be harmed because of my original OBs negligence, and me not being on any medication? Has anyone else been diagnosed with hypothyroid during pregnancy? When did you find out? Was baby alright? Im worrying non stop😓😓
