Rash / Redness around corner of lips

I’m currently 2weeks pp and this stuff around my lips literally popped up overnight they feel like liked pimples the Corners look a little swollen as well I have no idea what it is or could be my lips have also been super dry and cracking so I’ve been constantly biting them (I know that’s bad) anyone else have anything like this !
