Pregnancy pillow?

Are they worth it? Any recommendations if so? 
I’m 18 weeks with #2 and I never used a pregnancy pillow for my first, just a lot of regular pillows but my belly really popped this past week and I’m not finding them as comfortable. Thanks!

YES..toward the end when you can't be on your belly or back, it's really the only way to sleep comfortably.

i never had one with my first either but i think i’ll get one this time around! i just used a body pillow the first time.

YES! I didn’t use one with my first then impulse bought one on sale when I was 20 weeks with my second and couldn’t believe the difference it made! I just wish I had one with my first too. Now 16 weeks with baby no 3 and already dug out the pregnancy pillow!
