Due date was 4/12/22 and scheduled repeat cesarean was 4/6/22 but little man had other plans! Had an NST done on Friday (4/1) where it showed small consistent contractions but neither my OB or I thought anything of it. 1:30 am on the 2nd I woke up to pretty substantial contractions between 4 &5 mins apart so we went in at 4 am, had 6 hours of the 4 min apart “breath taking” contractions and 3 painful cervical checks to make sure I was in active labor and not something else (out of precaution for only being 38+4) determined I was in active labor and off we were to the OR where everything went as smooth as you could ask for it to go! Happy healthy rainbow baby delivered!!
