I need advice

I work in a restaurant, I lift but not things to heavy, any way today was like any other day.. except when I took a nap I woke up to what I thought was me peeing on myself, instead it’s blood, I went to the hospital and was told that the baby was fine after an ultrasound and that everything looks okay, blood test, urine sample. Everything fine…. I went home thanking God the baby was okay, the nurse told me to take it easy, no lifting , pushing, etc…. And again I go home, go to sleep, and wake up to bleeding… I don’t know if this last for more than a day, if I should go back to the hospital, if I’m losing my baby.. I prayed and I just want so advice or if anyone else went through this what did you do what was your experience
