ANY PIERCERS?

Question

Is this a piercing bump (irritation bump) OR a keliod? 
What can I do?! I attempted crushed aspirin paste last night but didn’t know how to leave it on for, so I took it off shortly. 
PLEASE HELP. I DO NOT WANT TO PULL THE PIERCING.

I’m not a piercer but I have a bunch of piercings. To me it just looks irritated. How long ago did you get it pierced?

Just leave it alone! If it’s freshly pierced, only use saltwater rinses! Don’t put anything else on it!

That looks like the start of a keloid. I got one after I pierced my nose the first time. I didn’t even know what it was and left it alone and it eventually went away on its own, but you can use a sea salt water solution.
