How to overcome fatigue
Hello all, I am new here and I'm trying to figure out the best solution in a way to overcome fatigue. I am currently working about 9 to 10 hours a day at my job and looking for a helpful solutions. I have definitely been avoiding caffeine and I do my fruit smoothies in the morning and do my best to eat healthy it eats small meals throughout my shift. If anyone has advice for someone trying to overcome midday fatigue? I still have about 4/5 hours to go.
