Would I be okay to wait until more labor signs before going in for this?

I’m 36 weeks and 3 days. I got checked on Thursday and was 2 cm dilated, 70% effaced, and baby was -3. Tonight my partner and I had sex. Afterwards I went pee and put some toilet paper in my underwear to act as a pad. Well I went to the bathroom again maybe 15 minutes later and saw this: (it’s not pink, just looks that way bc of my leg - it was clear)

I am nervous to go to L&D straight away because one - I’ve have had a couple times where we had sex and I thought it broke my water but really it was squirt. Only thing different this time is it happened after we were all done, not during like every other tome. And two, I want to try to labor out some at home because I spent 12 hours in the hospital with my son and it was miserable. So I want to see if laboring at home helps the process.

Only other symptom I have is lightening crotch 🤣
