Baby waving bye bye yet?

Anna

Trying to figure out if I should be concerned that my LO isn’t waving yet. From what I read it can take longer for some but just trying to get a pulse from all you mamas. Asher will be 10m on the 10th, but he was 4 weeks early so adjusted age is almost 9m.

My little one has been waving since 6 months but only started crawling at 9 months. I think all babies have their own time frames.

Mine doesn’t wave I do play with her often open and shut and I see her attempt it whenever your baby is ready

We are waving but literally just waving. Nothing connected to why he is waving. I can be holding him and he will look at my husband and just wave. Sometimes when I walk downstairs he will wave towards the door but no one is there. We are getting there learning to understand why we wave. It’s also hard cause we have been home since he has been born and not many people come and go for him to wave bye if that’s makes sense.

Goodness no, don’t worry momma! My first didn’t wave till closer to one and didn’t clap till after 1. He is perfectly healthy and physically fine and is soooo smart and already reading fluently at 4.5 years old! I think his focus was just on learning and discovery that was more intellectual than physical. THIS baby still isn’t waving or clapping but climbs over and up with ease and is working soooo hard to conquer walking. He’s far more physical but still hasn’t conquered waving and clapping. He’ll be 10 months on the 14th.I’m not worried at all 💕
