So I currently have sole custody of my 2 year old daughter with an EPO against her father. He gets her one day a week for visitation.

My boss just fired half of his staff because he couldn’t afford to pay us. My current husband makes more than enough money to support the three of us. Her bonus dad (as we call him) covers our health insurance through work.

Her father has not paid a dime of child support at all sense it was ordered. He doesn’t show up to half of his visits.

My question is, will it count against me in court for being a stay at home mom? I have always wanted to and now have the opportunity.

(We are not planning to take him back to court. This is on the off chance he takes me.)
