Cloth diaper help!

So I'm looking into maybe getting the cloth diapers for my twin girls. They're over a year old but the size of a 6-9 month old. I have no knowledge on cloth diapers at all. Can anybody help me out? When it comes to cleaning them, brand to get, how to use them, etc.
