The private scan place we went too for our first said 14 weeks . We went at 14+4 and it was accurate . Doctors usually do it around 18-20 weeks .

I’d wait until atleast 18 weeks if you’re finding out through ultrasound ! 
You can find out through blood as early as 8 weeks though , that’s the most reliable !
