4 month not taking naps

Need a little advice. My daughter just turned four months and she’s not taking barley any naps during the day. She maybe take 3 x15 minute naps but that’s it. But she cries continuously when she’s overtired. ( rightfully so ) she’s all of a sudden stopped using her pacifier and continues putting her hands in her mouth which is fine. I have assumed she start teething but can’t feel any teeth. Any idea on why this is happening and ideas of how to get her to take longer naps. Thank you so much! Poor girl needs her beauty sleep
