What age did you stop using the sunshades on car windows?

Or cling shades or whatever they are called- the ones that stick to the windows to keep the sun out of your baby/toddlers eyes.

We always just tinted our windows on whatever car we have.

My oldest is 4 soon to be 5 and we still use them. We have the pull down ones so he can operate it himself now 😆

Never used them because we put the babies in the middle and the sunshade on their carseat was enough. The only sun that bothered them was through the back window but obv can't have a sun shade there.

I’ve never used them so you can take them off any old time you want. I mean, the sun comes through windows no matter how old you are.

Never used them. Our windows are tinted. Even before that, I never used the sun shades for either of my kids having the windows tinted bc we both have sensitive eyes is just a plus.

I never did with my 5 y/o, 3 y/o, and 21 m/o. I didn't feel like they were safe. When my middle one and youngest were small, the car had tinted windows. When my oldest was young, we didn't have tinted windows but his car seat (a doona) had the flap visor thing and I just kept that open all the time.

I never used them. They are a safety hazard. In the event of a collision, they can become a projectile and they can injure your baby. I never felt like they were all that necessary, so it wasn’t a risk I wanted to take.
