Can this be PUPPS or cholestatis ?

Can this be PUPPS or cholestatis ? 
I was at ER today dident get seen so left and I also have appointment tommorow with OB anyway my problem here is I have rash everywhere witch is driving me crazy bottom of feet , toes , wrist , ankles , back , arms ,legs ,tummy , boobs you name it it’s everywhere! The triage nurse even said Jesus that looks bad but of course waited 6 hours and havent been seen just dying in
pain from the itch . 
btw i have tried litraly everything to get rid of the itch nothing helps . im wondering if this could be cholestatis or PUPPS ?

That’s exactly how my PUPPS rash was with my first! 
Cool showers, hydralazine, Zyrtec, Benadryl, steroid creams.

Cholestasis doesn’t leave a rash.

Pupps mo t likely, choleostasis don't usually have a visible rash, just crazy itching, so the skin could be red from scratching.

I don’t think cholestasis presents itself in a rash form often like PUPPS does, so I would think it’s probably moreso PUPPS

Pupps usually starts in your stretch marks. Did this come on sudden? Or gradual? My experience with pupps - which is what this looks like was it started in the stretch marks for a few weeks before spreading out and down and then up as well. The only place I didn’t have a rash was my chest and neck. Shoulders, arms, the backs of my hands, my inner thighs my belly looked like a war zone. I’d scratch myself until I bled in my sleep. If that is what you have the only remedies I found weren’t really remedies but took the intense burn out of the itching - I rotated between hydrocortisone and Benadryl literally every few hours. And then an allergy medication as well. Benadryl made me too drowsy, I think I took Claritin? I soaked in an oatmeal bath every night as well. The only other remedy I found was wearing like a nylon type pair of bottoms. The pressure on my belly was just enough I could feel the rash but didn’t need to scratch. It also kept my skin flat enough that I wouldn’t catch any of the bumps. The only actual fix is delivery.
