 high waisted leggings with heavy compression that are really nice . I also use any shapewear without boning because that is really uncomfortable.

I used a belly bandit with my first. 
Started with the free one from the hospital while I was in there and once I got home it was too big, and my belly bandit was smaller so I started using it more after my belly shrank some. Used it for over 6 weeks and it definitely helped, esp since I had a c section

I was able to get free postpartum compression garments from the website “areoflow” it’s the same website you can use to get free breast pumps through your insurance.

I got a generic Velcro one from Amazon last time that worked well but was kind of bulky/uncomfortable for long periods. Will probably use it some again, but also got a Bengkung bind off Etsy to see if I like it better. (Plus they're so pretty 😍)

I bought one after my first and never ended up using it. I actually preferred supportive highwaisted work out shorts and pants

Last time I bought a compression wrap from Walmart which worked but was kind of stiff. This time I'm going to buy compression underwear that go to your boobs off Amazon.
