On Wednesday at 38w2d I was only 10% effaced and 1.5 cm dilated.

Im getting induced on Monday and my doctor mentioned using the foley bulb to help me progress. I’m sorry but it sounds terrifying and the stories I’ve heard 😳.

Before Monday Im trying to have sex everyday, being active through preparing my house lol, and pumping for 15 minutes.

Does anyone have any non-terrifying stories about the foley bulb? Or more suggestions to help me further dilate?
