Cyst on ovaires

Does anyone suffer from cysts on their ovaries? We've been ttc for 15 mo ths and got referred to the gynecologist, been for a scan which showed a larges cyst on left ovary. Had bloods done on cycle day two and got to go again on cycle day 21. Can anyone tell him wat they might be looking for on the blood and if anyone e has been thought this
